I know I never seem to commit to anything but here's what I'm doing with my skin care regimen now.
Wash
Tone
Moisturize
Don't touch!
SIMPLE!!!! I'll see how it goes
Currently I'm using mild natural bar soap to cleanse
Witch hazel to tone
and coconut oil to moisturize (bonus it has a little SPF and smells yummy :P)
I'll update when I can to let you know how that goes, I have a nasty yucky big breakout right now so if that goes away then I''ll call this one successful :P
An "as much as I feel like writing" blog about my life, useful tools, recipes, and links, mostly related to cosmetics and green living with the occasional tidbit on budget living.

True Pay Simplified
I realized today that the true pay equation I posted was far to complicated to understand so I made a simplified version.
True pay
The equation is essentially your how much you profit from working (regular pay minus the cost to drive there (if thats how you get to work)). divide that all by the amount of hours you put into your job (regular work hours plus the time taken to travel there). See? It's an easy concept :P
Here's the equation if you drive
((Regular pay)-(Cost of gas to get there))/((Weekly hours)+(Time spent travelling))
w=Wage
wh=Weekly hours
tpt=time per trip
td=trip distance
aokmpl=amount of km per litre
cpl=cost per litre
aot=amount of trips
Regular pay= wh*w
Cost of Gas= ((td*aot)/aokmpl)*cpl
Time spent traveling=(tpt*aot)/60
If you take a taxi or public transit here's an equation for you too
((Regular pay)-(transportation costs))/((Weekly hours)+(Time spent travelling))
w=wage
wh=weekly hours
tpt=time per trip
cpt=cost per trip
aot=amount of trips per week
Regular pay=w*
Transportation costs=cpt*aot
Time spent travelling=tpt*aot
Or if you don't have to pay to travel to work (biking or walking), here's your equation
Regular pay/((Weekly hours)+(Time spent traveling)
w=wage
wh=weekly hours
tpt=time per trip
aot=amount of trips per week
Regular pay=w*
Time spent travelling=tpt*aot
It's also useful for when your trying to figure out how much more of an increase in pay would be required to make switching jobs worthwhile.
You'd do that one like this
(your desired true pay)=(insert appropriate equation here)
then you just use good 'ol BEDMAS to solve for W
I hope this is helpful! I find it very useful in figuring out if a job is going to be worth more than another when they vary in distance away from home, hours, and pay.

Sims 3 problem
So this is my problem. I load the game fine then when I get to my household this happens
Can't click anything and there's a glowing spot on the floor.. Not in tab mode. I'll post an update when I get a solution.
